Simply speaking, there are no returns. While we will do our absolute best to satisfy your design needs, please know that due to the nature of interior design work, all Interior Design services, including both E-Design and Full Design services are non-refundable.  If for any reason you feel dissatisfied in any way or require an item reselect, please do not hesitate to contact me.  It will be my pleasure to work with you to ensure your happiness.
